PRODUCT DEFINITIONS:
"PLANT MARKERS": Plant Markers come in three standard sizes ("actual size" diagrams shown on Size and Price page), or custom sized and priced (ask for price quotes on different sizes). The prices are intended for engraving plant names only (up to 3 lines of text), and they are usually ordered in quantities. There is a minimum order of $20.00 (one or two markers), including shipping. Orders of 3 or more are priced at $6.50 each for large markers, $6.25 ea. for medium, and $6.00 for small, plus shipping charges.
"MEMORIAL TREE MARKERS": These may be ordered in the "large marker size, 4 3/4" x 2 1/8"....up to 3 lines, ($6.50 each), or 4 3/4" x 2 1/4" to accommodate a fourth line if needed ($7.50 each). Memorial markers may also require more than four lines of text and then would be priced in the "Corian Plaques" category. Sizes such as 3" x 5" or 4" x 6", 5" x 7", 6" x 9", 8" x10", or other custom sizes. Description to follow:
CORIAN® "PLAQUES" AND "GARDEN SIGNS": These may be ordered in sizes of 3" x5", 4" x 6", 5" x 7", 6" x 9", 8" x 10", or other custom sizes. Plaque or sign prices will be determined by amount of text to be engraved, graphics to be engraved, and thickness of Corian®. These may be used for Memorial Markers, wall plaques or outdoor garden signs, door signs, etc. Corian® used for these plaques or signs may be either 1/4" thickness (sandstone or white Corian®) or 1/2" thickness (sandstone, dusk, or white Corian®), by whatever custom height/width dimensions chosen. WOOD SIGNS: Wood Signs are made from beautiful "Eastern red 'Aromatic' Cedar" wood, and may be ordered in sizes of 6 " to 8" high by up to 30" wide. (Signs larger than the height of 8" may have to use two pieces of wood attached with hinges.) The Aromatic Cedar wood boards are usually 7 inches to 8 inches wide, and two-toned with light and dark areas. Some also have knotholes and the layout of the text to be engraved can be arranged around the knotholes, giving the wood sign a wonderful rustic look. Each recessed letter on a Wood Sign is hand carved. The lettering is stained with a dark stain to create contrast, and the entire sign is sanded and finished for outdoor use. Prices are determined according to size of wood, amount of text and size of letters, optional graphics. See the Wood Signs page for photos of signs previously made by Custom Engraving Services.
